Bij B&B Catharinenburg streven we ernaar om onze gasten een zo prettig en zorgeloos mogelijk verblijf te bieden. In the past, we sometimes received feedback from guests who did not know how to get in or thought that everyone received the same access code. We would like to emphasize that every guest receives a unique digital key.

• One day before arrival you will receive an email with a personal link.

• After 11:00 am on the day of arrival, you can open the link to unlock the outside door and your room.

• After 1:00 PM on the day of check-out, the link will no longer work.

We hope that with this clear instructional video, all questions about check-in are solved and that you can enjoy your stay without worries. Our fantastic intern did a great job here, and we are happy to share it with you!
